Online counseling is just that... counseling that is conducted online in real-time via a secure, HIPAA-compliant, videoconferencing platform. There are many different references to this method of therapy: video counseling, distance counseling, telehealth, teletherapy, e-therapy, telemedicine, "Skype" or "face time" counseling, and more.

Have access to a digital device with reliable video/microphone and internet access;
Be located in the state of Florida at the time of the online counseling session; and
Meet criteria for a low risk of harm to self or others.
