Consult Call

15 minute call to discuss your needs

Consultation calls are available for prospective clients or their parent(s)/guardian(s) to discuss the individual's summary of concerns. Guidance, helpful resources, and referrals may be provided so that the caller and/or (prospective) client may be best supported.

Individual Counseling

53 minute in-person or online therapy for individuals

Individual counseling (also interchangeably referred to as therapy or psychotherapy) is a one-to-one meeting with your counselor to discuss your concerns. The goal of individual counseling is to help the client gain insights and skills for personal growth. The process may include assessment of the problem, psychoeducation, counseling, and support with difficult events or circumstances.

*The first individual counseling appointment is $185 due to the collection and documentation of comprehensive history, goal-setting, and treatment planning.

Group Counseling

Group therapy

Group counseling sessions consist of four to 10 individuals who regularly meet to discuss and/or work on common or specific concerns. Group counseling may be used as a stand-alone treatment or as a supplement to individual counseling.

Group counseling is offered on a limited basis; see the Events page for current group offerings.

*The $50 rate is per person. A minimum of four people is required to hold the group.
