Valentine's Day Got Ya Down?

Valentine's Day can be a day some look forward to, whereas others may dread it. If you're feeling anxious, down, or lonely, here are some ideas:

  • Take a social media break if seeing people's Valentine's posts becomes bothersome. (They can be a little much sometimes, am I right?!?!)

  • Have a "Galentine's Day" (or a Broentine's Day) where you can hang out with your friends and do something fun or special.

  • Take yourself on a date... go to dinner and a movie, have a "Netflix and chill" date at home, or go somewhere that you find relaxing, like the beach.

  • Not feeilng those? Connect with those people who you go to for support... if they're unavailable, remind yourself that you are loved.

Above all else, remember that Valentine's Day is just another day. It will pass and tomorrow will come again.
