PSA: Most phones have a Zen Mode. You can set the amount of time you'd like to have some soothing music play with limited distractions. Take a few minutes for yourself and briefly detach from an that's going on.
Meditation is not often a blank mind. When I listed to this, my mind went all over the place. I let the thoughts come, acknowledged them, and gently guided my attention back to the peaceful music. This is just what I needed today (x2 ).
Take a break and take care of yourself.
