Having mental health concerns is pretty normal


Nearly half of the U.S. population will meet criteria for at least one diagnosable mental health condition at some point in their lifetime. Half of those individuals will meet criteria by or before age 14.


Having mental health concerns is more "normal" than most realize.


Mental health concerns are treatable, and earlier intervention is best!
