10/10 is World Mental Health Day. Let's break the stigma associated with mental health. Everyone has mental health just like everyone has physical health. Sometimes we feel pretty healthy, and sometimes we're not as well as we'd like to feel. Seeking help for mental health concerns shows strength to take charge of your life and advocate for yourself and what you need to feel better. Take care of yourself, check in with others, and seek professional help when needed. Together we can help one another feel happier and healthier.
