Mindfulness is a beautiful thing. Being present; recognizing your senses, thoughts, and feelings; being intentional in your interactions with the world around you. It's nice to stop being busy or to turn off "auto pilot" mode and just be. How often are you consumed by your thoughts and feelings or you're simply on auto pilot?
