Here's a gratitude exercise for you to help shift your mindset from the negativity. Identify three things you're grateful, thankful, or happy for, even if they're simple things like traffic not being so bad or the weather not being terrible.


Three things I'm currently grateful for:

  1. I'm healthy.

  2. It's a beautiful day.

  3. I have a peaceful place to sit.
