Thoughts Are Like Clouds


We have so many thoughts every day, just as there are so many clouds in the sky. Some days are clearer and sunnier; other days are cloudier and overcast. If we place our focus on the many thoughts we have, we will notice them more, they can become overwhelming, and they may seem to become stationary. If we notice them and make a conscious effort to let them pass, they will seem to pass more quickly and will fade more into the background. Let your thoughts pass just as the clouds do. Your skies will clear and the sun will shine once more, even if only temporarily.
