Winter... There's a lot to believe in during this time of year. Believing in yourself is incredibly important and is not often made a priority, though.

What qualities do you have that help you believe in yourself or your abilities?
What do you like about yourself?
If you're struggling, think of what others say about you.
What compliments do you receive?
What acknowledgements or accolades are you given?
Why do people say they like being around you?
